inGOV project had the incredible opportunity to participate in the 87th Thessaloniki
International Trade Fair (TITF), through its partners University of Macedonia (UOM) and
Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH). TITF took place from 10 to 18
September 2023 and is one of the biggest fairs in Greece, with more than 200,000
visitors and 1,500 exhibitors from 19 countries worldwide.
During TITF, UOM and CERTH had the opportunity to present to interested visitors the
outcomes of the project, including the use of cutting-edge technology to transform
governance, the use of innovative participatory/co-creative approaches to empower
citizens, foster transparency, and enhance accountability in government as well as the
application of these outcomes at four pilots in Austria, Croatia, Greece and Malta. The
participation at TITF helped to raise awareness of the project outcomes and collect
valuable feedback through this interaction to further improve the project outcomes.
