inGOV actively participated in the “EU Projects 4 eGOV – ACROSS, Interlink & inGOV Joint Webinar” on December 6th, organized by the ACROSS project. The webinar provided a unique opportunity for the three projects to delve into their distinctive concepts and methodologies, emphasizing the diverse approaches each project takes towards co-creation in public services.

Mariza Konidi, the project coordinator, took the stage to present some of the key accomplishments of inGOV, providing insights into the project’s concept and shedding light on how inGOV has enhanced the EIF conceptual model for Integrated Public Service (IPS) delivery. An important point of the presentation was the introduction of the IPS Holistic framework that was developed during the project to guide practitioners in IPS co-creation and governance and also the overview of the four pilots undertaken by inGOV.

After the presentations, the speakers engaged in an insightful discussion, addressing significant topics such as inclusivity in public services, complexity of the developed solutions, and sustainability of the projects’ outcomes. These discussions further highlighted the importance of fostering innovation in the realm of public services.
