ICT architecture and tools

Objectives

Our objectives are to develop a reference architecture for IPS provision, to develop ICT tools for mobile apps development to support IPS provision according to the inGov Governance model and to develop virtual assistants (chatbots) to support IPS provision according to the inGov Governance model.
