Pilots planning and evaluation
Objectives
Our objectives are to create and implement a detailed evaluation methodology for measuring system, service and project success and to roll-out pilots involving public services based on IPS holistic framework in public authorities in four countries i.e. Malta, Austria, Greece and Croatia.
We will provide training to public administrations, businesses and citizens on the use of services developed by the inGov project and issue practical recommendations and tutorials for public authorities and businesses regarding various issues of IPS holistic framework and relevant ICT mobile tools.
