This document sets on paper the Dissemination and Communication strategy of the European Union funded project inGOV.
inGOV intends to explore and define new innovative ICT-supported governance models as well as mobile apps, which will enable stakeholders’ collaboration in co-producing inclusive and accessible Integrated Public Services (IPS) thus increasing trust and satisfaction. The project aims to feed all results back to EU policies hence achieving an direct alignment between policies, research and practice.
In the first section, the document refers to the obligations raised by the Grant Agreement, defines the high-level strategy, in terms of objectives, key messages, and target audiences/networks of interest. In the second section, it moves on providing a detailed description of both the plan and the means to achieve the dissemination objectives. It closes with a third section where a preliminary exploitation strategy is drafted demonstrating the pathway among which partners will attempt to maximize benefits. The D 6.6: Market analysis and D6.7: inGOV branding activities and inGOV draft business and exploitation plan, planned for M24 and M36 respectively when finalized will deliver in detail the description of inGOV’s exploitation perspectives.
Overall, the document has described how the strategy has been aligned with the changing circumstances due to COVID-19, which particularly impacts communications and dissemination.
