This document sets on paper the Dissemination and Communication strategy of the European Union funded project inGOV.

This report works towards understanding how the main building blocks related to governance, agreements, stakeholder engagement, and implementation are interrelated in the context of IPS, aiming at constructing a replicable and scalable IPS agile roadmap.

The public sector needs to provide better services with fewer resources. In the inGOVproject, we argue that the solution rests in enhancing existing relevant EU work by adopting public service co-creation and by exploiting relevant technologies.
