Welcome to inGOV!

There is no doubt that, following the rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), governments around the world attempt to grasp the opportunities and convert the promises of these technologies for better governance into reality.

There is no doubt that, following the rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), governments around the world attempt to grasp the opportunities and convert the promises of these technologies for better governance into reality.

However, despite the increased governments’ investment in them, the lower take-up rates raise the question of how governmental services can be integrated around their needs, become more inclusive and transparent, and eventually offer significant added value to users.

The EU-funded project Inclusive Governance Models and ICT Tools for Integrated Public Service Co-Creation and Provision”, in short inGOV, envisions the provision of innovatively ICT-supported governance models, where public authorities and relevant stakeholders can collaborate in co-creating inclusive and accessible integrated public services.

We look up to our research to provide significant inputs for the future of e-government and e-governance in Europe and beyond.

Sharing this ambition with you, we would like to welcome you, on behalf of the inGOV consortium, to our official project page, which has been created to house our teams’ very interesting and auspicious work.
